Products & Ordering (How This Works)
Q: Can I upload my own design, photo, or add my name to a shirt?
A: No. Let’s be super clear here: we are a pre-design brand. We come up with all the hilarious (and questionable) jokes you see. We do not offer customer customization, personalization, or “upload-your-own-graphic” services.
Q: Why does my order take 2-4 days just to start shipping?
A: Because your shirt doesn’t exist yet! We are a “made-to-order” (or Print-on-Demand) shop. We don’t have a giant warehouse of pre-printed shirts. When you order, your item is printed just for you. That 2-4 business day window is the “Production Time” it takes to print, dry, and package your gear.
Q: Help! I made a mistake. Can I cancel or change my order?
A: You have a tiny 2-hour window. Because our printers start working fast, you have exactly 2 hours after placing your order to email us at contact@ecommyz.com to request a change or cancellation. After 2 hours, the machines are rolling, and that shirt is yours, buddy.
Shipping & Delivery (The “Where’s My Stuff?” Section)
Q: Okay, so what’s the total time to get my shirt? A: Simple math: Production (2-4 business days) + Shipping (6-8 business days) = 8 to 12 TOTAL business days. (It’s not Amazon Prime, but our jokes are better.)
Q: How much is shipping? A: We keep it simple:

Q: Do you ship to PO Boxes or military addresses? A: Nope. We need a real, physical street address. We cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
Returns & Refunds (The “This Isn’t What I Wanted” Section)
Q: What’s your return policy?
A: You have 30 days after your order is delivered to let us know you need to return it.
Q: What are the rules for a return?
(The “Condition”) A: You must send the item back in the exact same condition you received it. This means unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. If it comes back smelling like a 3-day bender or covered in cat hair, we cannot give you a refund.
Q: Who pays for return shipping?
(Read This One!) A: This is the most important question. It depends on why it’s coming back.

If WE messed up (sent you a damaged shirt, a bad print, or the wrong item), WE pay for the return shipping. We’ll send you a prepaid label.

If YOU messed up (ordered the wrong size, or just decided you don’t like it), YOU (the customer) pay for the return shipping.
Q: Do you charge a restocking fee?
A: No. We think those are stupid.
Q: How long does a refund take?
A: Once we get the item back and inspect it (to make sure you followed the rules above), we will process your refund in 3-5 business days.
Q: How do I make an exchange?
A: We don’t do them. They’re slow and messy. The fastest way is to return the item you have for a full refund and place a brand new order for the one you want.

Q: What name will show up on my credit card statement?
A: Great question. To avoid a panic-call to your bank, the charge on your statement will appear as either “ECOMMYZ” or our super-official legal name, “YUCCA VALLEY CLOTHING COMPANY LLC”. Both are us. Please don’t file a chargeback.
Q: How do I contact a real human?
