Warranty Coverage
All products purchased from ECOMMYZ include a 90-day limited warranty from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects
- Faulty materials
- Workmanship issues
If a product fails under normal use during the warranty period, we will repair, replace, or refund the item at no additional cost.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not apply to:
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
- Normal wear and tear
- Products used outside intended purpose
- Items purchased from unauthorized sellers
Warranty Period
- Warranty duration: 90 days from delivery date
- Replacement items: covered for the remaining original warranty period
How to File a Claim

- Photos or videos (if requested)
If needed, our team will provide return instructions.
Resolution
Once inspected, we will:
- Repair the item, or
- Replace the item, or
- Issue a refund (as applicable)
