  • Return shipping address (U.S.-based return facility or carrier drop point)
  • Packing and shipping instructions

⚠️ Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

Step 3: Ship Your Item

  • Package item securely with original materials
  • Ship using your preferred carrier or recommended service
  • Keep tracking number for reference

3. Return Costs

  • Defective / Damaged / Incorrect Items: Free return shipping (label may be provided)
  • Change of Mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
