Let’s Talk Shipping (The Boring, But Important Stuff)
Alright, first things first: we don’t have a dusty, ancient warehouse full of shirts. Every single item you see on ecommyz.com is printed-to-order.
Think of it like a fresh, hot pizza: we only start making it after you order. This means your order has two phases: Production Time and Shipping Time.
Phase 1: The Making Part (Production Time)
This is when our expert printing partners fire up the big, fancy printers just for you.

Production Time: This takes about 2-4 Business Days.

Our Business Hours: Our team works Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Pacific Time – PT).

Order Cut-Off Time: Our daily cut-off is 6:00 PM (PT). If you place an order after 6 PM (or on a weekend/holiday), we’ll just pretend you ordered it first thing on the next business day.
Phase 2: The Shipping Part (Transit Time)
Once your gear is printed, cured, and looks awesome, we hand it off to the delivery folks.

Shipping Area: We currently only ship within the United States.

Shipping Time: Once shipped, it takes about 6-8 Business Days to reach your mailbox.

Shipping Carriers: We use a network of reliable partners like FedEx, UPS, and USPS to get your stuff to you.

Orders under $199.00: A flat rate of $7.99.

Orders $199.00 and up: FREE! (You’re a legend.)
The Total Wait (The Big Reveal): Let’s do some simple math:
Production (2-4 days) + Shipping (6-8 days) = 8 to 12 Total Business Days
This is the realistic window to expect your awesome new gear.
The Really Boring Stuff (But Legally Required)
Taxes (The Big One): Your notes mentioned “tax will be charged as 5%.” We WISH it was that simple. The truth is, U.S. sales tax is a complex beast. Sales tax is not a flat 5%. It is automatically calculated at checkout based on your specific shipping address (state, county, city). We don’t control this, and we’re just as annoyed about it as you are.
Handling Fees: None. Zilch. We hate hidden fees. That $7.99 (or $0) is all-inclusive for packing.
Tracking: Of course. Once your order ships, we’ll email you a Shipment Confirmation with your tracking number.
Shipping Restrictions: We cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. We need a physical street address. No exceptions, sorry.
Problems & Solutions
“Oh crap, I messed up my address!” (Address Accuracy): Please, please, please double-check your address. If you spot a mistake, email us at contact@ecommyz.com IMMEDIATELY. If your order is already in production, we can’t promise we can change it. We are not responsible for packages lost to the “address void” if the wrong one was provided.
“My package is lost or jacked up!” (Damaged or Lost Items): If your order is lost in transit or arrives looking like it fought a bear (and lost), contact our support team.

Issue Resolution Time: We promise to investigate and get you a solution (like a refund or reprint) within 5-7 business days.
Delays (Outside Our Control): We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carrier meltdowns, zombie apocalypses, alien invasions, or other severe weather events.
