If something doesn’t meet your expectations, we provide a clear and transparent return and refund process.
Important: Return shipping is free only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Return Window
- You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all packaging, tags, and accessories.
- Products that are worn, damaged, or altered after delivery are not eligible for a return.
Return Costs
- Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: Return shipping is free. Please provide photos if possible when contacting us.
- Change of Mind: You are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email contact@ecommyz.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Prepare Your Return: Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
- Ship: Use the carrier recommended by our support team or your preferred method. Keep the tracking number for reference.
Refund Processing
- Once your return arrives and passes inspection, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
If you need a different size, color, or item, please contact us at

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, some products cannot be returned.
Non-returnable items will be clearly marked on the product page.
Additional Notes
- Ensure that return items are shipped back within 30 days to be eligible.
- Keep proof of return shipment until the refund is processed.
- If a return package is lost or damaged during shipping, we may require a claim with the carrier to process your refund.
