What This Is, in Plain English
This is our official “legal-speak” page required by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA). Since our company (Yucca Valley Clothing Company LLC) is based in California, we have to follow these rules.
Do We “Sell” Your Data?
No. We don’t sell your personal info (like your name or email) to shady data brokers for cash. We think that’s gross.
However, the law has a very broad definition of “selling” and “sharing.” This can include using analytics or advertising cookies (like those from Google or Meta/Facebook) to show you “personalized” ads on other sites.
You have the right to say “Heck no!” to that.
How to Say “Heck No!” (Your Opt-Out Rights)
California law says we have to give you at least two (2) distinct ways to opt out. So, here they are:

Can Someone Else Do This for You? (Authorized Agents)
Yes, you can have an “authorized agent” submit a request for you. But we’ll need written proof that you actually authorized them (like a signed letter), and we might still need to verify it’s really you.
