B. Stuff Our Computers Automatically Snatched:

  • Device Info: We see your IP address and browser type. This helps us see how people are using the Site and helps us fight fraud.

C. Stuff from Other People:

  • Payment Info: We use Stripe and PayPal to handle your money. We NEVER see or store your full credit card number. They just tell us “Yep, this person paid,” and we get to work.

  • To Get Your Order to You (The Main One): This is the big one. We use your name, address, and order details to print your shirt and ship it to you.

  • To Talk to You: To send order confirmations, shipping updates, or respond if you email us with a problem.

  • For Marketing (If You Say Yes): To send you emails about new, hilarious shirts. You can click “Unsubscribe” at the bottom of any email to make us stop.

  • To Improve the Site: We use analytics (like Google Analytics) to see which of our jokes (err, shirts) are landing and which are bombing.

  • To Stop Bad Guys: We screen orders for potential fraud, because that’s just a smart thing to do.

4. Who We Share Your Data With (The Short, Not-So-Scary List)

We do not sell your data to random, creepy third parties. But we do have to share it to make our business work.

  • Our Printers (The POD People): This is essential. We have to send your name, shipping address, and order details to our Print-on-Demand (POD) partners. These are the folks who physically print your shirt and put it in a mailer.

  • Our Shippers (The Mail People): We share your address with carriers like USPS, FedEx, or UPS. (Duh. How else would they find you?)

  • Our Payment People (Stripe & PayPal): We share transaction data with them to process your payment.

  • Our Ad Partners (Google & Meta/Facebook): This is what the law calls “sharing.” We use cookies/pixels to show you ads on other sites (like when a shirt follows you around the internet). You have the right to opt out of this.

  • The Government (If They Make Us): If we receive a subpoena or legal order, we have to comply.

5. Your California Privacy Rights (Because We Live Here Too)

We are a California company, so you have rights under the CCPA/CPRA.

8. Kids? (Nope)

Our Site is not for kids under 16. We don’t want their info.
