The 30-Day “I’ve Made a Mistake” Rule

So, you don’t love it. It happens. We have a 30-day return policy. This gives you 30 days after your package is delivered to let us know you need to send it back.

The “Don’t Be That Person” Rule (Eligibility)

We’ll take most items back, but we have one simple, non-negotiable rule: The item must be in the exact same condition you received it.

This means:

  • Unworn (trying it on for 2 minutes is fine; wearing it to a keg party is not).

  • Unwashed

  • Undamaged (and free of mystery stains or pet hair).

If it comes back smelling like regret or covered in glitter, we can’t accept it. We’re a small business, not a-laundromat.

The Big “Who Pays for Shipping?” Question

This is the most important part, so read it twice. The person responsible for the return shipping cost depends why it’s coming back.

  • Scenario A: OUR MISTAKE (We pay) If we messed up (e.g., the product is damaged, the print is defective, or we sent you the completely wrong item), we will 100% pay for the return shipping. We’ll send you a prepaid shipping label.

  • Scenario B: YOUR “OOPS” (You pay) If you are returning it because you ordered the wrong size, you changed your mind, or your dog gave you a look of disapproval… you (the customer) are responsible for the return shipping costs.

How to Start a Return (The Process)

  1. DO NOT just mail the item back to us. You must contact us first.

  2. Email our team at contact@ecommyz.com within the 30-day window.

  3. Include your Order Number and the Reason for your return (e.g., “wrong size” or “damaged”).

  4. This is mandatory for damaged items: You must include a clear photo of the damage or defect. No photo, no-proof, no replacement.

  5. We will reply with authorization and the correct return address.

The “Get Your Money Back” Part (Refunds)

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it (see the “Don’t Be That Person” rule).

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

  • We refund the cost of the product. The original shipping fee (if you paid one) is non-refundable.

The “Swap” (Exchanges)

We don’t do traditional exchanges. It’s slow and clunky. The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have for a full refund and place a new, separate order for the one you actually want.

The “Too Late!” Rule (Cancellations)

Remember how we print this stuff just for you (see our Shipping Policy)? This means you have a very small window (2 hours) after ordering to cancel or change your mind.

After 2 hours, your order is locked, in production, and we can’t stop the machines. Please double-check your order before you click “buy.”

The “No Sneaky Fees” Rule (Restocking)

We do not charge a restocking fee. We think they’re stupid.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If you refuse a package, or if it’s returned to us because you provided an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipment. We cannot issue a refund for these items.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards.

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or returned smelling like a frat party (see Rule #2).

  • Items returned after the 30-day window.
