1. The Basics (aka, The “Legal Contract” Part)

Welcome to ecommyz.com (the “Site”). This place is owned and operated by Yucca Valley Clothing Company LLC (that’s us, “we,” “our,” or “Ecommyz”).

By using this Site or buying one of our hilarious shirts, you’re agreeing to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). This is a binding contract, so you should probably read it. If you don’t agree with these Terms, then you can’t use the Site. Simple as that.

All our other policies (like our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund and Returns Policy) are part of this agreement.

2. Don’t Steal Our Jokes (Intellectual Property)

We work hard to come up with this stuff.

Everything on this Site—including the “Ecommyz” name, our logo, all text, and especially all product designs—is the exclusive property of Yucca Valley Clothing Company LLC. It’s all protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws.

You agree not to copy, reproduce, duplicate, sell, or steal any of our designs or content. We gave you access to buy our stuff, not to start your own knock-off business.

3. How Our Stuff Works (The Products)

We sell apparel with our pre-designed graphics. These are not “customized” by you.

Here’s the deal: Our products are made-to-order (also called Print-on-Demand). We don’t have a giant warehouse of printed shirts. When you order, your item is printed just for you. This is why we have a “Production Time” listed in our Shipping Policy.

  • Colors: We try to make the colors on-screen look like the real thing. But we can’t guarantee your computer monitor or phone screen isn’t weird.

  • Pricing: Prices can change. We reserve the right to change them or discontinue a product without notice.

  • Returns: All sales are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy.

4. Don’t Be a Jerk (Prohibited Uses)

You agree not to use this Site for any of the following:

  • Anything illegal or to encourage anything illegal.

  • To harass, abuse, insult, harm, or discriminate against anyone.

  • To submit false or misleading information (like a fake name, fraudulent order, or stolen credit card). This is a big one.

  • To upload viruses or any other malicious code.

  • To scrape our data or spam us (or anyone else).

  • To try and steal our intellectual property (see Section 2, “Don’t Steal Our Jokes”).

If you do any of this, we will terminate your access.

5. The “We’re Not Liable” Part (Legal Mumbo-Jumbo)

We’re not guaranteeing this Site will be perfect, secure, or available 100% of the time. Sometimes things break.

The Site and our products are provided “as-is” and “as-available.” You agree that your use of this Site is at your own risk.

In no case shall Yucca Valley Clothing Company LLC, our directors, employees, or our printing partners be liable for any injury, loss, or damage (direct, indirect, or consequential) arising from your use of the Site or any product purchased from us.

6. The Turf We Play On (Governing Law)

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. This makes sense, because that’s where we live (see our address below). You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Riverside County, California (vì Yucca Valley ở Riverside County) for any disputes.

7. We Can Change This

We can update these Terms whenever we want. We’ll change the “Last Updated” date at the top when we do. It’s your job to check back here for changes.
